Obituary for Bonnie Swann

Bonnie  Swann
Bonnie Swann, 84, of Black Mountain passed away on March 21, 2017 at the John F. Keever Solace Center in Asheville.
Mrs. Swann was born April 22, 1932 in Buncombe County where she lived all her life. She was co-owner of Swann’s Grocery and attended Meadowbrook Free Will Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Pearl Gunter; husband, Earl Swann; son, Terry Swann; sister, Betty Cobb; and brother, Julius Tipton.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Patricia Dasher (Preston) of Lawrenceville, GA, Syrita Kuntz (Joe of Idaho, Jerry Moore of Asheville; Lynn Swann, Kim Styles (Tommy), Larry Moore and Richard Moore (Jean) all of Black Mountain; sisters, Jean Aimone of Black Mountain and Cori Lee Burrell of Candler; 17 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 12:00 pm in the chapel of the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Randy Stone officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to John F. Keever Solace Center, PO Box 5779, Asheville, NC 28813.
