Nina Elliott Doherty, 83, of Fletcher, went to be with the Lord on April 23, 2018.
Nina loved her family and she was a member of Arden Missionary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Rosa Lee Elliott; and sisters, Jan Williams, Martha Rose and Sue Rose.
Nina is survived by her sons, Ralph Dana Huskins (Cathy Davis) and Patrick Edward Huskins (Lucy Huskins); siblings, Charlotte Shuler, Bud Elliott, Paul Elliott, Sherrill Elliott, and Jesse Elliott; grandchildren, Leslie Hipps, David Huskins, Jeffrey Huskins, and Kyle Huskins; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 27, 2018 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Harwood Home for Funerals with a celebration of life service immediately following.
Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
