Jerry “Bub” McKinney, 64, of Asheville, passed away January 8, 2015.
“Bub” was born July 31, 1950 to the late Paul and Helen Lucille McKinney.
He dearly loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Armilda Matthews.
“Bub” is survived by his sisters, Helen Fitts and Mary McKinney and brother, Walter McKinney all of Asheville; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 2:00pm in Berea Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Shelton officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CarePartners Hospice, PO Box 25338, Asheville, NC 28813.
