Virginia Lorene Fox, 79, of Black Mountain, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015.
Mrs. Fox was born March 13, 1936. She enjoyed volunteering, gardening, and sewing. She was a loving mother and friend who will be missed by all.
Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Ruggles Fox; and grandson, Raymond Fox.
She is survived by her children, Lisa Vertefeuille (Leonard), Debbie Sladovnik (Craig), and Steve Fox (Sheila); sisters, Agnes Silvers (Frank), and Phyllis Delaney; and 6 grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, June 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Harwood Home for Funerals. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time at the funeral home.
