Obituary for Boyce Crow

Boyce E. Crow, 94, of Black Mountain, passed away July 31, 2015.
Mr. Crow was born April 14, 1921 in South Carolina to the late Alec and Myrtle Massey Crow. Boyce was a member, and former deacon and trustee of Meadowbrook Free Will Baptist Church. He retired from Drexel Heritage, Ethan Allen Furniture, and Lifeway at Ridgecrest Conference Center. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Mabel A. Crow; siblings, Neal Crowe, Annie Crow Bartlett, and Ruth Edwards Burgess.
Boyce is survived by his daughters, Kathy Mundy (Ricky), Rita Nelon (George), and Tammy Hess; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Barbara and Robert Harris.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 10:00 am at Meadowbrook Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Stone and Rev. Frank Cantrell officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
